All bookings for personal consultations (spiritual guidance, healing sessions, etc.) are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you are unable to attend, you may:
Reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
Transfer your session to another person with prior written notice.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Fees paid for workshops, courses (online or offline), or special events are generally non-refundable unless:
The event is cancelled by Divine Grace India (a full refund will be issued).
You notify us of a valid reason for cancellation at least 5 days prior to the start date (subject to approval and 20% cancellation fee).
No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or no-shows.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. If you face any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in rare or compassionate situations. All such requests must be submitted in writing to depikka.divinegrace@gmail.com within 3 days of the transaction, along with a valid explanation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.
